Madison Bierley specializes in representing insured individuals, businesses, and self-insured entities in a broad range of claims, including premises liability, personal injury, and professional liability matters. Her extensive experience spans cases involving residential construction disputes, slip-and-fall injuries, and high-stakes claims exceeding $100 million, including design and construction defects, building collapses, motor vehicle accidents, and catastrophic personal injury or wrongful death.

In addition, Mrs. Bierley has a strong focus on defending complex product liability claims, particularly those involving consumer products. She also represents educational institutions in premises liability matters and handles accounting malpractice cases stemming from alleged embezzlement-related failures.

Mrs. Bierley prioritizes understanding her clients’ goals and concerns, tailoring her approach to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes.
